We had such a wonderful experience with Richard! ❤️ We drove all the way from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine on Wednesday specifically to look at a certain vehicle. I had actually emailed ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was available before making the drive. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and when we got there, we found out the vehicle had been loaned out as a courtesy vehicle and soonest they would be able to get the vehicle back wouldn’t be until Friday 🥹. Obviously, after driving that far, we were pretty disappointed. BUT let me tell you… Richard completely turned the situation around! Instead of just saying, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” Richard went above and beyond to see what he could do to get the vehicle back sooner. He worked hard to make it happen, and he was able to get the vehicle back the very next day instead of Friday! 🙌🏼 That meant SO much to us. What impressed me most was that he didn’t have to go out of his way like he did, but he genuinely cared about making the situation right and making sure we had a good experience. He communicated with us, kept his word, and went above and beyond in so many ways throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can already be stressful, and that first hiccup could have easily made the entire experience a bad one. Great Communication on the service side. Taylor kept us up to date multiple times weekly on our vehicle. It makes life a lot easier when you don't have to track a dealer down for answers. We will continue to send all of our fleet vehicles here.
