It was an absolute pleasure buying my Lincoln Nautilus from Mikey Thane. I have known Mikey for over 10 years. He was my student and advisee at Flagler College. This 5-star review is specifically for Devin Dell Donne at Bozard Ford. Devin did an outstanding job helping my family trade in her Mercedes and get into a new BMW. From the very beginning, we were extremely upfront about what we wanted, what we expected for our trade, and what it would take for us to make a deal. Devin listened, respected that, and was there for us throughout the entire process. He was friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and you could tell he knew his stuff. He answered our questions confidently and made us feel comfortable enough to negotiate without ever making us feel pressured. Even as the store was closing, Devin stayed with us and continued doing everything he could to help us get the deal done. That says a lot about his work ethic and the way he treats his customers. I completely understand that management has a business to run and needs to make a profit, and I can’t fault them for that. However, I do feel the negotiation and communication could have been handled better. At one point, we were essentially told by Dave (management) to “take it or leave it.” I don’t believe that should ever be the approach to a customer, especially when we were upfront from the beginning and our family has previously purchased three vehicles from Bozard. Through all of that, Devin remained professional, patient, and supportive. He never changed his attitude and continued advocating for us until the end. If you want a hassle-free experience with a knowledgeable, personable salesman who listens to his customers and genuinely puts in the effort, ask for Devin Dell Donne. These 5 stars are specifically for Devin and the class and professionalism he showed us. He absolutely earned every one of them!
