Fantastic experience overall. I've been in sales and sales management for over 25 years, and Tim and Zach were first class. I had a not so great experience at another dealership that morning, so I drove down to Bozard and it was a superior experience from the minute I walked in. They have a huge selection of cars to choose from and Tim was very helpful in narrowing down my selection to the one that best fit our needs, and he was very personable while we waited on my trade-in appraisal. Zach gave me an above and beyond type experience with the campus tour showing me the auto shop, the Ford restaurant, and even bought me a drink. They came back with a very fair trade-in offer and we quickly settled on a price, finished up my paperwork, and helped me get everything set up electronically in my new car. There were even two staff members opening the door for everyone as they came and left which was a nice touch. And the icing on the top was when I was leaving onto the main road with my new car, Zach was behind me and honked and waved as he went by. Very well done all around!

Buying our new 2026 Ford Explorer at Bozard Ford in St. Augustine was already exciting, but the level of human kindness and genuine care we received was much appreciated. During the visit, I experienced a sudden wave of physical anxiety and stress related to previous experiences when purchasing a vehicle. It could have been an overwhelming moment, but our salesman, Lonnie, stepped in with a genuine heart, extraordinary patience, and profound empathy. He went completely above and beyond to slow things down, make everything run seamlessly and perfectly, and—most importantly- he put me first. Lonnie didn't just treat us like customers; he treated us like family, and his compassionate nature made all the difference in the world. When it came time to sign the paperwork, the finance manager, James, was wonderful. Signing financial documents can feel tense, but James went out of his way to keep me comfortable, calm, and reassured every step of the way.
