Bozard Ford Lincoln is the most outstanding dealership that I have had the pleasure of buying a vehicle from. Over the past six years, we have purchased 4 vehicles from Bozard, and as a family, you can add one more to our total. From sales to service, Bozard is tops and as far as I am concerned they have no equal. Our sales professional, Jonathan Quezada has taken incredible care of us over the past three years, with three different vehicles. This was especially true when we had to replace a vehicle that had been totaled in an accident during our recent vacation. Prior to our return, we had a selection of possible options should we need a new vehicle. Jonathan continued to check on us and made sure that we had a temporary replacement vehicle waiting for us in our driveway the day we returned. He immediately worked with us to locate a permanent replacement while the insurance claim was being worked. Once a decision had been made, Jonathan was able to complete all of the purchase paperwork over the phone and have our new car delivered to our house an hour later. Jack Michie, Jr. delivered our fourth vehicle and went through all of the normal steps of familiarizing us with the car, in our driveway, red ribbon, red carpet, and pictures to boot. This is the second purchase that was delivered at home, and the red carpet attention was greatly appreciated. As always, Jonathan, Jack, and the entire Bozard Staff were caring and professional, and I would find it hard to believe that there is another company that would demonstrate the same level of thoughtful and intentional care that has been demonstrated over and over by Bozard. The product is what brought us into the Bozard dealership, it is the caring, professional, knowledgeable, dedicated staff and service that keeps myself and my family coming back to Bozard whenever we need a new Ford or Lincoln vehicle.
