Interior of the Cayenne has excellent ergonomics, plus the newest Porsche Communication Management (PCM) that underlies everything from cell phone integration and audio interfaces to optional navigation with real-traffic updates, Google Street View and Apple Car Play. The electric roadster top features a wind deflector and heated glass rear window and can be operated at speeds up to 31 mph.
The entry-level Cayenne and Platinum Edition both have a 3L turbocharged V6 that produces 335 horsepower, the S and S Platinum Edition trims use a 2.9L twin turbo V6 with 434 horsepower while the GTS and Turbo are both powered by a 4L twin turbo V8 that makes 453 or 541 horsepower. The E-hybrid uses the same engines pair with electric motors to increase the power to 455 or 670 horsepower.
The base Cayenne rides on 19-inch wheels and includes standard features such as a rear spoiler, power one-touch windows, heated power mirrors, automatic climate control, a 110-watt sound system, 12.3-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth connectivity, cruise control, park assist with a rear camera and PCM. The instrument cluster features triple round gauges with the tachometer front and center, while a high-resolution TFT display monitors vehicle settings and navigation, radio, and phone information
The GTS features an auto-leveling air suspension, a power rear spoiler, power sunroof, adaptive headlights, 21-inch wheels, sport bucket seats, and simulated suede\leather front seats.
The Cayenne E-hybrid adds two electric motors, adds 13 miles of all electric range and brings the total range to 450 miles, other notable equipment includes regenerative brakes, power folding side mirrors, and power front seats.
Standard safety equipment includes 10 airbags with driver and passenger knee airbags, stability and traction control, front and rear parking sensors, forward collision mitigation and pedestrian detection.
