This was my first time having my vehicle serviced at Bozard Ford Lincoln, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Alex was my service advisor and went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. They really put you first as the customer, ensuring every detail was handled with care. Their timing, performance, professionalism, and communication were exceptional from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming, creating a great overall experience. I would absolutely return for anything car-related. Highly recommend!!!

5/5 stars for Alex Vecerkovic. I have a 2020 Mustang GT in Jacksonville. A few months ago the car started having drive ability issues when it came to the transmission. Took it a ford dealership near me and they wanted $800 just to look at it. The service tech was not at all knowledgeable on these cars and was no help. The car sat for about 6-7 weeks before a buddy told me to go down to Bozard Ford and ask for Alex in the service department. Alex is very knowledgeable when it comes to mustangs as he himself is a big car guy. With Alex’s help, the car was able to get a brand new engine and transmission under warranty. Communication was excellent. And the only waiting I had to do was for the new parts to arrive. Amazing team at Bozard ford. Thank you everyone who worked on my car and brought it back to life. Kudos to Alex in service and the mobile team. Appointment was a little out but once I got my truck in they got it diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Thanks y'all
