Our experience at Bozard Ford Lincoln was excellent. We were treated well, the entire crew listened to our needs and wants, and everyone took as much time as we needed to make our selection. The experience was low pressure and friendly. Mike took the time to explain things to us thoroughly and clearly. We felt like he was more concerned about us choosing the right vehicle than making a sale. Andrew and Logan were great help as well. They were patient and very courteous. They helped us test drive multiple cars and were very knowledgeable and if they couldn't answer a question, they were forthright and let us know. We enjoyed our car buying experience and give Mike and the crew the highest marks.
