My 2020 ranger would not even turn over. Called bozard service dept. the rep told me I had road side service and gave me the no. To call. They were at house in less than 30minutes. Started truck. Took truck to the dealer and the service writer Angela waited on me she was very friendly and had the truck back out to me in less than 45 minutes. Installed a new battery under warranty. I have always said the service department can make or break a dealership but with service I received and the excellent service rep Angela I’m sure that Bozard will continue to be a top dealer for Ford.
