Bozard Ford has always been the best. Since 2007 I have purchased all my cars and trucks from Bozard. My family has come from North Carolina and even Hawaii to buy from Bozard Ford. They also get all my service business. Hard to say who is better Sales, Service or Parts. Everyone is friendly and you feel like family when visiting. No pressure, just good information so you can make your best choice. Patrick Robinson, Tom Krell, Zack Gibbs, Tom Reinard, Billy Arndt, and Alex Vecerkovic all made my recent Ford Lightning purchase a great one.

This is the third vehicle we have purchased this year from Bozard. Every time it gets better. I truly feel they appreciate my business. Our salesman, Larry, has been amazing. Again, this is the 3rd vehicle in 6 months. I highly recommend him or Kim for anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. Also their service department is second to none. Dawn is the best in the business. She always makes me feel important and values my time. Billy in custom accessories knows what he is doing. He got my truck looking how a truck is supposed to look. I can’t say enough good things about the Bozard family and all those who make it happen. Now my driveway looks like a new model car lot. Thanks for everything.

Well, I was waiting for an official email from Ford Motor Company to leave my review, but it never came so I am choosing to leave a Google review of the great folks at Bozard Ford's Accessories Service Department!! I purchased a 2024 Mustang GT CS and opted to go for the warranty-protected Ford Performance Whipple Stage 1 supercharger! I started this process in early March with Billy Arndt and completed the process in June with Anthony Huddleston. The ultimate test to the functionality and durability of this Gen 6 3.0L SC and the expert installation of the technician(s) at Bozard who performed the install was when it came down to crunch time and they were able to get my install done RIGHT BEFORE my PCS date when I was set to drive and leave Florida...LOL. I had to drive 3,300 miles from Florida to my new PCS duty station in Washington state...LET ME TELL YOU (and I WISH I knew the name(s) of the technician(s) who did this install) this SC on this S650 RIPS!! I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS MACHINE and A HUGE SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU to the great folks at Bozard who made this dream into a reality. Apparently mine was the first FP Whipple SC install on a 2024 Mustang GT so far that they've done, and they did an EXCELLENT JOB! Bozard WILL NOT DISAPPOINT - their work is professional with masterclass results! When I don't get what I paid for, I am not shy about leaving reviews that are deserved...but for the money that I invested, Bozard did right and I am so thankful! To the great folks at Bozard, and particularly to those whom I named above and to the technician(s) whose name(s) I do not know (I'm sorry) but you guys are the best! I only WISH you had a Bozard of the Northwest out here in WA! MOST HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
