KELLY IS THAT GIRL!!! We were in town on vacation from Tampa and had an issue with our Lincoln Navigator. We had no intention of leaving with a new navigator but we sure did!! Kelly handled everything from start to finish. She is awesome at what she does. We went back to our airbnb and she handled it all and texted us along the way and allowed us to e-sign all of the documents. Best part - Bob & Josh brought the new 2024 navigator right to us with bows and a red carpet! I highly recommend Bozard. Superior customer service and elite staff.

Bob was so personable, just from when he said hi. I told him about how ruff my day was going, I had to total my car today, from my car accident. The first thing he asked me was are u ok. I told him I was just looking at cars today to get ideas. But no car could take place of my Ecosport..So he listened to what I was wanting in my new car. I actually had a lot of wants. He was very perceptive of what I was saying. So we look at one that was a no for sure for me. So then he found a car that had checked off a lot of boxes. So I test drived it. I knew as soon as I sat down it was my new car. If he didn't help me I still believe I would be sad.. But now I have a beautiful new car, and I am very happy.. I will always go to Bob for my future car purchases. If anyone is looking for a car I will also bring up his name. Thanks again for helping me get passed my Moondust (Ecosport) and get my new car Lily( VW Jetta)
