Morning Started with pouring down rain in NYE. Goal was to find a used F-250/F-350 less than 70,000miles with appropriate financing for our family. Over the past several weeks, I did extensive research on the exact car I wanted. Once I had a clear idea, I visited multiple Ford dealerships throughout Florida and even checked out some out-of-state options. In the end, Bozard Ford stood out as the most trustworthy. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Kuerst and his manager Zach Gibbs. To help me make the best decision, they provided an extended test drive over the weekend. Neither Tim nor Zach ever pressured me, but they were always available to answer all my questions. When it came time to finalize the deal, Financial Services Manager Brian Mello was also incredibly helpful and patient, assisting me in choosing the right warranty packages. Overall, I had a fantastic buying experience at Bozard Ford and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

We had a wonderful experience buying a truck from out of state for our son’s 16th birthday. Larry Travis was extremely helpful in providing all the information I needed to make sure this was the right truck for our son. Larry was prompt at replying to me every time I reached out and he even made several videos of the truck for us. Larry was always pleasant to communicate with. In fact, everyone I had spoken with was very pleasant and helpful. Brian Mello in finance was nice and quick to help us get all of the paperwork completed so we could get the truck in transport. Every time that I called the dealership, the receptionist was very nice on the phone. Thanks again to all of you. Our son is really going to love this custom truck!

The staff, facility, and especially Brian Griggs, Internet Manager, not only offer and deliver great customer service, but also a fantastic customer EXPERIENCE. After several phone calls, Brian was able to accommodate my schedule for a visit and test drive. Upon arrival, my wife were greeted in a friendly and professional way. All staff were courteous and attentive. Brian thoroughly reviewed the vehicle, suggested a varied test drive route, and allowed us to take our time to discover the features. When we returned, Brian offered refreshments, discussed next steps, and answered all of our questions. It was a delightful experience and much appreciated. The facility is first-class in appearance, condition, and atmosphere. Again such a BIG cut above the expected "car dealer" experience. Many thanks to Brian and the entire Bozard team. They deliver!!

Customer service was excellent!!! The expediency of the process was very good. Made purchasing a vehicle enjoyable as it should be!!! I would recommend Bozard to anyone purchasing a vehicle!! Brian Mello helped me with the finance portion and although there were systems issues, I know how computers can be so I didn't mind. He was also helpful and gave great advice on which services to add. Bozard has a customer for life!

I started my search online. Reached out to Bozard via their online chat to inquire about a vehicle they had on the lot. Larry answered every question I had honestly and promptly. We essentially did everything by text message. I did not meet him until this morning when I went to pick up the car. Brian in finance had me in and out in less than an hour. I left with a fully fueled detailed car. The whole experience couldn't have been easier.
