I just purchased a factory certified 2023 Expedition online from Bozard Ford Lincoln and Caleb Pitts made everything so easy that even though I’m in Charleston, SC I would definitely give them a call again when I’m looking for a new car.

Caleb deserves a raise. I’m in Colorado. Dealers here want us to believe Trucks sell for MSRP/ borderline “market adjustments” still. Not with these interest rates. I saw an F-150 truck on (popular website) with Bozard $9k less than where I’m at so I called them. Caleb answered. This dealership does a “single point of contact” structure where you don’t have to sit through your salesman walking back to the manager 900 times, arguing for 5 hours, you getting pissed off, leaving and then they call you every day. Caleb was able to give me a phenomenal price right then and there. It took a day or two for my wife and I to decide but everything was seamless. He even threw in floormats and a bed liner. (BTW This is the Red F-150 in another review where someone is upset about pricing or whatever.) When shipping a truck you are subject to a 3rd party schedule that can be irritating but that’s not in Bozard’s control or knowledge I suppose. (delivered at 2am to my residential neighborhood). I am 1,800 miles away and will honestly be shopping here again first. All in- I saved $8-9K out the door EVEN WITH SHIPPING TO COLORADO. I don’t know how they do it but I’m ecstatic! Its simple: Treat people well and they will be back. Thanks guys!
