If there was 10 stars for this dealership I would give it. I inquired about a Superduty in a Facebook group that was listed by the Sales Manager Caleb, we originally tried to work this deal but the truck had sold. Caleb kept me in the loop and then later found me a 23 King Ranch. When I say Caleb goes out of his way to make a deal happen I mean it, not once did he tell me false information. He honored everything he said down to the last word. Previously at my last dealership I would buy 20-30 units per 12 months and this dealership at 1 unit treats me as if I bought 100 units. There is never any pressure he gives you the deal and then allows you time to make your decision while assisting with it. I was also busy and he had the truck delivered to me without any hassle. The gentelman who delivered the truck was just as enthiusatic as Caleb and his team. Just an overall great experience. I have and will continue to refer them for any sales needs and look forward to future purchases to come.

Caleb deserves a raise. I’m in Colorado. Dealers here want us to believe Trucks sell for MSRP/ borderline “market adjustments” still. Not with these interest rates. I saw an F-150 truck on (popular website) with Bozard $9k less than where I’m at so I called them. Caleb answered. This dealership does a “single point of contact” structure where you don’t have to sit through your salesman walking back to the manager 900 times, arguing for 5 hours, you getting pissed off, leaving and then they call you every day. Caleb was able to give me a phenomenal price right then and there. It took a day or two for my wife and I to decide but everything was seamless. He even threw in floormats and a bed liner. (BTW This is the Red F-150 in another review where someone is upset about pricing or whatever.) When shipping a truck you are subject to a 3rd party schedule that can be irritating but that’s not in Bozard’s control or knowledge I suppose. (delivered at 2am to my residential neighborhood). I am 1,800 miles away and will honestly be shopping here again first. All in- I saved $8-9K out the door EVEN WITH SHIPPING TO COLORADO. I don’t know how they do it but I’m ecstatic! Its simple: Treat people well and they will be back. Thanks guys!

All interactions until actually signing the contract was done via email and text. Caleb was very responsive and answered all of my questions. The vehicle was represented accurately in the photos and the video Caleb provided. There were truly no surprises when we arrived to actually purchase. The dealership had priced the vehicle very competitively without any of the usual dealer add-ons. Zero pressure sales from Caleb. During our walk-around, they noticed an area in the bed of the truck that had not been thoroughly detailed and they took it back to be detailed again without our requesting it. Overall, I highly recommend Bozard Ford and would buy another vehicle from them without hesitation. The entire experience was positive and professional.
