Outstanding service from start to finish. After getting back from vacation, I found my truck completely dead. We tried multiple tow services and couldn’t get any real help from the original dealership, which was frustrating to say the least. I decided to try Bozard, and that ended up being the best decision we made. I was put in touch with Carson Fogg, who was extremely helpful and quick to take action. He lined up a mobile mechanic, Brad, who initially came out just to help get the truck into neutral so it could be towed. But Brad didn’t stop there. I stayed outside with him the whole time, and what stood out most was how transparent and thorough he was. He walked me through what he was checking, explained the process, and we were able to troubleshoot the issue together in real time. It wasn’t just someone showing up to do a quick job and leave—he genuinely worked to figure out the root of the problem. Even with the weather not cooperating, Brad stuck with it and got the truck running again right in my driveway. That kind of effort and professionalism is rare. Big thanks to Carson for coordinating everything so efficiently and to Brad for going the extra mile. Really impressed with the entire experience.
THE BEST!! We came back from vacation to find our truck not working at all. After two tow trucks and no luck getting help from the original dealership, Coggin, we decided to reach out to Bozard—and that’s when everything turned around. We were connected with Carson Fogg, a mobile mechanic service advisor, and he was hands down the best advisor we’ve ever worked with. He was attentive, responsive, and truly committed to getting our truck fixed. He quickly arranged for a mobile mechanic, Brad, to come out. Initially, the goal was just to get the truck into neutral so it could be towed—but Brad went above and beyond. Despite the rain, Brad took on the challenge and worked right there at our home until he got the truck fully running again. Most mechanics would have stuck to the bare minimum, but Brad showed incredible dedication and determination. We are so grateful to both Carson and Brad for their outstanding service. They turned a stressful situation into a great experience, and we can’t thank them enough!

It is an absolutely beautiful dealership! Everyone there was so friendly and accommodating! As soon as I arrived, I was met by Carson Fogg who was so friendly and I immediately felt at ease. Then I met Mike Murdock and again, I felt at ease. I've been in the same vehicle for 23 years so the thought of buying another was so scary! They both had empathy and compassion for me and I could tell they truly cared with helping me. From Carson going over all of the bells and whistles in the 2021 Ford Explorer (and there's a lot!), his knowledge of how to do all the gadgets was outstanding! Taking his time to show me all of what was there and also showing me all of the vehicle itself. Then Mike Murdock going out of his way for me for 3 weeks, helping me find the right vehicle. And one that was in my budget! He returned many texts and phone calls. Sending me links to possible vehicles. But once this 2021 Ford Explorer was found, that was it for me. I knew that was the one I wanted. Mike immediately jumped into action for me, ensuring my name was on it (reserved)! That very day I went there to meet my new car and make that purchase! Mike took his time in going over all of the details for what I was to expect in financing it. He answered all the questions I had. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and really cared about keeping me in my budget. And he did! I can't thank both Mike and Carson enough!!!
