Chris Brown

I had such a wonderful experience at BozardFord. I went out there to look for a wheel key and was greeted by a young man named Chris Brown h. He went above and beyond what was needed was very respectful and courteous. I don’t think I could say enough good things about the young man. He definitely should be the employee of the month. If he deals with all the customers he comes into contact like he did me you will always have people coming back to your company. The only thing negative about my experience was having to pay $50 for my tire to be patched but Chris made the experience a little less painful. Thank you so much for a job well done.
