Traveled from Albany NY to St. Augustine to buy our second Lincoln in 8 months. We would have to be crazy to do that drive just for a Lincoln. We didn't do the trip just for a Lincoln although we are totally satisfied with our Nautalus and Corsair. We did it because of the way the Bozard Lincoln sales team treated us the first time. Chris took us through the process and then continues to follow up with genuine concern that we are totally satisfied with our purchases. The team of customer care people taught us how the modern day car works. Of all the car dealerships that we have ever "kicked tires" at, we enjoyed the total experience at Bozard Lincoln.
