Isaiah is one of the hardest working salespeople I have ever worked with. Quick to follow and respond to questions or actions needed. He worked for two weeks answering my questions and worked hard to put the deal together. His attitude was great throughout the process which meant a lot. While we didn’t get the deal done through no fault of his or his manager DAVE STALVEY who also worked hard to put the deal together, he kept a great attitude. I have been a loyal customer to Mullinax ford for 20 years because of great management. This team just won me over as a new customer. As someone who retired from running a Billion dollar operation I don’t like dealing with any non-sense. This dealership is straightforward and does not play games. We will do business going forward for sure

My son recently purchased a used vehicle from Bozard Ford. This was the first time I was letting my son handle most of this by himself and guiding him through the exercise of working with sales and the purchasing/trade process. He worked directly with Tyler Anderson, who from start to finish Kyle had an amazing experience with. They had a vehicle he wanted and he knew what he wanted to pay and receive for trade and Tyler made it happen. Unfortunately not long after he had it home, it had an issue and we had to contact the dealer for support. At this time, Tyler had some assistance from Dave Stalvey who came in and jumped all over the issue and made sure that my son's concern was resolved in an expedited matter. The brought a loaner via tow truck, picked up car and within less than a day, had my son back on the road. I do not know how may texts and phone calls my son and I had during this period of time, but the communication was beyond exceptional. We are glad the issue was minor and Bozard stood up and took responsibility without any concern. Great job to everyone who took care of this along with those in service who turned it around so quickly, appreciate you all. Cheers!
