During my recent experience with Bozard I had the pleasure of working with Dawn Arndt. I’m very particular about my vehicles and getting them fixed the correct way. I was a customer that came from another Ford Dealer in Jax and drove the extra miles for Bozard service. Dawn kept in touch with me and updated me as my truck had to have service done (A/C evap core and NOx sensors). The truck was fixed the right way and put back together correctly. I can’t praise the Bozard team more than leaving this review and I highly recommend this service department to fix your vehicle the correct way.

My wife and kids were just starting a long road trip from Cocoa Beach to Louisiana in our 2020 Ford Expedition. About two hours into the trip, as they are passing St. Augustine, the transmission fails. Dawn at Bozard Ford took great care of my wife. Our Expedition needed a whole new transmission, and Dawn gave my wife a new loaner Expedition to complete the road trip. Dawn sent my wife text updates throughout the trip, letting her know what the status of the repair was. Just got our Expedition back. Running well, with the hard shifting that had plagued the old transmission all gone. Would happily recommend Bozard Ford.
