I recently purchased a 2023 Bronco Sports Badlands from this dealership. I truly have PTSD from a previous experience at a car dealership (not this one) several years ago where I and my 3 children were left in a small cubicle for many hours while the purchasing process took place. Unlike that horrible experience Devin Delle Donne and the team expedited our sale and only required us to come in for a few short minutes to sign the required paperwork. So far I'm in LOVE with my new vehicle and would recommend this dealership. We received a very fair deal with minimal back and forth. Hoping that the continued service will be more of the same. My advice...............do your homework to be sure that you are getting the best deal for you and don't make a purchase from anyone you don't trust. These are large purchases............I think it's fair to expect equal sized customer service. Thus far Bozard and Devin have delivered on that. I would also add that this dealership recognized and supported my husband's service as a retired combat veteran. Honestly even if it was only $5 off I would still want to acknowledge this small act of patriotism. Thank you so much team!

Quickly decided we had an interest in Explorer and 15 minutes later, the price was right. Never got to the same #'s that quickly. Waiting for finance side took a bit longer than you like but it always does. But once we were completing paperwork, this went quickly as well. Great experience! This is second time we have purchased from Bozard.

I worked with Devin and he showed me several new Ford explorers. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we investigated the different trim packages. Sadly my wife was more interested in a different manufacturer so we went that direction. I would gladly work with Devin in the future!!

I was in the market for either a Hyundai Palisade or Ford Explorer and I decided to go with another Explorer since the Hyundai dealership had lots of add-on expenses. I found several options on Bozard’s website and also saw they do not charge above MSRP, so I decided to see what they could do for me. My sales rep Devin was amazing and extremely friendly! He went above and beyond to help me find a car I was looking for. There were no addendum stickers on the car and it was refreshing to find a dealership like this! When I finally found the car I wanted, the finance process was very easy and the car was ready for me when I was done signing the paperwork. I love my new white 2023 Ford Explorer and I cannot recommend Bozard Ford highly enough and I will be a repeat customer in the future!!
