Bozard Ford is So laid back very personalble and friendly, professional but no pushy salesmen, Larry and Bernie were so easy to talk to and answered all of our questions even our sales advisor Devin whos the same age as our son was a sweetheart helpful and very knowledgeable he took great care of us until we were ready to talk to finance, and that was a breeze Shane was very thorough but made everything so easy. After our purchase we had a few things done to our car in the service department, Bailey and Shain were great giving us updates daily on how things were going...... overall everyone made us feel like we were a part of the Bozard Ford Family, and that's awesome because now they are stuck with us lol we love our New vehicle so much. Went on a Saturday around 11am thinking of trading in my 2019 Lariat for an EV. Devin was very helpful, answering all my questions and then some. Ended up buying another Lariat but electric. Only complaint would be it took longer than the last time I bought a vehicle.

This allowed an 83 year-old Air Force Vet and his wife to have time to calmly go about choosing the right replacement for our car. A sales team came together to make it all happen, and for the efforts of that teamwork, we are thankful.
