I decided it was time to upgrade my 2015 Kia Sorento and i wanted another just the same. I seen bozard had exactly what i was looking for . I did the credit app online it was easy as pie . Salesman DJ contacted me and the rest was history. I only spent 45 in the dealership opposed to 3-4 hours that in used too. The car needed a few repairs just days after signing the contract but bozard took care of them and offered me a loaner for the entire time the car was being fixed. I was able to complete almost all my documents via Docusign and the next day they brought my new car to me and picked up my trade. Their service is second to none and when I thought I had a technical issue (I did not after all), they sent a mobile tech to me to analyze and trouble shoot. Turns out nothing was wrong, but they still made it so easy. Time is money, so this means a lot. I highly recommend working with them. Not only are they great but they had nice inventory.
