Gregg Steinberg did a great job of taking me through the sales process. There was a minor issue that needed to be resolved and it was taken care of quickly. Blake Teears was very patient as he explained the financing and warranty options while still getting me out of there quickly. The price we landed on was great, the buying experience was positive and I will absolutely be shopping at Bozard the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

Gregg Steinberg my sales guy was wonderful giving me a great deal and understood exactly what I wanted. He even went as far as video recording the car I was interested in so I could see the car in real-time before I came into the dealership. Rick the finance guy had great stories and made the entire process work for what I wanted. I’m a lifer at Bozard!

My salesman Gregg Steinberg and his managers Rick Garcia and Tom Reinard were extremely courteous and easy to work with. They had the car ready for me when I arrived and worked with me quickly to make a deal and process all the paperwork. No pressure tactics on the car AND also no pressure sales on the extended warranty/service plans. The warranty plan was mentioned for one second, I said I won’t need anything like that, and it was never mentioned again. I truly appreciate that, my family and I will be back again to Bozard Ford. Beautiful dealership with tons of cars on the lot and a great staff.

It was a great experience working with Gregg. This was the first time we started the sales process using the Internet. Gregg kept us informed on the status of the Bronco Sport arrival as it was a dealer ordered vehicle. Being able to provide information like insurance upfront made the process go faster at delivery. Gregg did a great job showing us how the various options worked on the vehicle.

My rating of 5 stars is not so much of the dealership but for Gregg Steinberg who made this process easy and I did not feel pressured. The best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle hands down. My salesman Gregg Steinberg was easy going and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking for. Gregg was as professional as I’ve ever dealt with in sales. His knowledge of the product and explanation of the process was so thorough I literally had no questions.
