As a long-standing customer of Bozard Ford, I am writing to express my continued appreciation for your team. Having purchased multiple vehicles from your dealership, I have come to expect a high caliber of service, and my recent purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport was no exception. In particular, I want to commend Gregg Steinberg for his exceptional customer service. He made the entire process seamless. I am incredibly satisfied with the experience.

I was referred to Bozard by a coworker. They had several trucks in stock that I was curious about. I made a call and got a hold of Gregg Steinberg. From the very beginning of even inquiring about the trucks that they had, Gregg was very transparent and helpful. He was able to get me an out the door price without having to give up a bunch of information or haggle. The communication was great and they were able to help me work a good deal on a new truck. I was able to electronically sign paperwork and show up to take delivery of my new truck. I was at the dealership for a total of 30 minutes. 28 of those minutes Gregg was showing me how to use the features on the truck. I could not believe how fast it was from the time I sent in my application to when I was approved. Literally overnight! Then I picked up my truck within 2 days. Everyone there treated me like I was someone important. Gregg is amazing! Only con was the detailing.

He replied those maybe hard to come by and within 48 hours Bozard Ford received my exact want: a 2025 white black top Platinum Ford Explorer. Gregg called me immediately and we made it there to text drive. SOLD ON THE SPOT. he took a deposit as the weekend was super busy so we did not have to sit and wait, we then received quote and trade in value via email to approve, a phone call by Gregg and Shane with finance options and then an e-signature. Only having to return to the dealer to pick up my New vehicle and it was ready and waiting. He even had my tag transferred . This is NOT your normal dealership. It's still family owned, and you can tell from the moment you walk through the door. Employees want to be there. From top to bottom, they take customer experience very seriously. I ordered my Bronco what seems like ages ago - but in fact, I got it MUCH faster than average (presumably due to Bozard being huge). Gregg Steinberg was my salesman, and was amazing through the entire process. Took delivery today. No games, and was in and out in an hour. Would've been faster, but Gregg took the time to set up the electronics and make sure I knew how to work the tech wizardry and such. Absolutely a picture perfect experience. Thanks to Gregg and the entire Bozard team! UPDATE, November 2024: I've now been through the service department for minor things a few times, and they have been equally fantastic! I've used all four phases at this point - quick lane, regular service, mobile, and just today the valet pickup service. Everyone there has been fantastic, and my service advisor, Jerilyn (sp?) has been over-the-top great! Can't say enough good things here.

At what point does writing numerous positive reviews on my experience with Gregg Steinberg become harassment??? He is one of the best salesperson I have ever met! His dedication to getting a few situations resolved in a manner that was so beneficial to me, was amazing!!! My salesman Gregg Steinberg and his managers Rick Garcia and Tom Reinard were extremely courteous and easy to work with. They had the car ready for me when I arrived and worked with me quickly to make a deal and process all the paperwork. No pressure tactics on the car AND also no pressure sales on the extended warranty/service plans. The warranty plan was mentioned for one second, I said I won’t need anything like that, and it was never mentioned again. I truly appreciate that, my family and I will be back again to Bozard Ford. Beautiful dealership with tons of cars on the lot and a great staff.
