Devin sold my son a truck a couple weeks ago, and so I had to get one too. And, Devin was my salesman and helped me get into the perfect truck. He's a great guy with a lot of knowledge about Ford's. A short drive from Jax but well worth it. I was looking for a CPO Lincoln Corsair or Nautilus. I had a few non-negotiable features and my sales guy (Christian Reyes) found the right vehicle for me. We talked and texted about 4 weeks before the right car came along. I put a refundable deposit down to hold the car. 2 days later I went to Bozard to look at the vehicle and bought it. Christian spent time going over all the car features that were new to me before I left the dealership.

Larry was an incredible person… he did not have the typical sales guy attitude, he was friendly, prompt, and did not try to play any games with us. We then saw Shane in finance, and again… there were no games played and.no arrogance, it felt like we had just met two great guys and were hanging out discussing rad Broncos. Lol! The entire experience was smooth sailing, smiles and laughs. Thank you!!

Tristan is the guy to talk to if you consider to buy a car at this dealership. He was very helpful and he was also very attentive. His customer service skills are bar none. He stayed late to set up our car and even helped us with our other car that we previously purchased from another dealership. He actually deserves 6 stars.

I have bought two trucks here in the last 2 years and the experience has been great from the salesman to the finance guy to the service department everything is always top notch. I've been treated good with the price of the new truck and a fair trade-in value and when I deal with the service department for service or warranty it's always great.

Just had the BEST vehicle purchasing experience of my life. The folks at Bozard know how to run a dealership. Was an online vehicle - worked with Larry in internet sales. He was super responsive and got me everything I needed to feel 100% confident placing a deposit on a gorgeous used Navigator. He also facilitated a very fair offer for my trade that they 100% honored when I brought it in. Drove down from charlotte and completed the transaction in less than 2 hours on site. Their finance guy Rickie beat the rate my credit union offered by .75. Very much predicated these days with rates still on the high side. They have an onsite restaurant and bar - we went and grabbed lunch while waiting for Rickie to free up and finalize the paperwork. It’s very obvious that they are running a first class dealership. Highly recommend working with them anytime you get the chance. I will be back.

There was no financial guy or middle man , you deal with the salesman from the start to the end of the sale. Very smooth and fast sale. . He was very straightforward. Thom, a lincoln director, Logan my sales dude, and Donald the specs guy were all such an absolute pleasure to work with. I've pondered possible improvements for this dealership, and from a customer standpoint, there are none!! The bottle of wine and lincoln glasses, with my new baby on a red carpet for me, was the absolute cherry on top of this amazing experience! Extra shout out to Logan, he made me feel like he was getting his family friend into a new car.

Jack Michie sold us the car and handled all the paperwork beginning to end without pressure on any part of the deal. Fair trade in value too. Recommended.
