Hayden at Ford Bozard was outstanding. My decision to move forward with the car was 100% thanks to him. Hayden Lewis was a complete professional from the moment he sent the first text to me letting me know there was a vehicle to look at to the final sales and walkthrough. He went over the vehicle and spent time with me. I sent pictures of my vehicle and he sent some of his. We agreed on a trade-in price, and final out the door price, i put a deposit down on Monday to hold till i dove down on Friday. I can prepared and knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I had been looking all over the southeast and had a truck already picked out , but I saw the one at Bozart and reached out. He was super responsive, I told him what I wanted and that I had already found a vehicle but I saw this one. He took what I was asking , and came back with a deal that not only was what I wanted but it was good for everyone. I HATE CAR SHOPPING ! !! I purchased a 23 Maverick from the Bozard Ford dealership. This is my 4th vehicle that I purchased from them. In shopping for my Maverick I contacted several dealerships because of the scarcity of the Mavericks being available. A couple of the dealerships that I spoke to were marking up their cars over MSRP because of the scarcity of them. One dealership (Daytona beach) marked up theirs 5000.00 another dealership (Palatka) marked theirs up 7000.00 a couple other did it too. I obviously chose not to purchase from them. One dealership (Orange Park) had one and I offered to put a deposit on it by phone for them to hold it for me while I drove 30 minutes to their dealership to purchase it, they refused to accept a deposit. When I was about 10 minutes away the sales person called and said someone else bought it. Bozard called me when one came in they were upfront on the deal (sticker price) with additional only taxes and tags. They took a deposit on the phone pending me driving to their dealership (45 minutes). The sales people that I spoke with (Tyler Anderson, Hayden Lewis) were very nice and professional. They walked us through the entire process, there were no surprises. Super price on my trade. The F&I person (Rick Garcia) was fast efficient and friendly. There was a person escorting us all the way. As always first class service from a first class dealership.
