Jack and Donald were great to work with. They are knowledgeable, personable, and helped make my decisions easy. I have purchased several vehicles from Bozard and have used them for service for over 25 years. I have never had a major issue or complaint. Kelly was very nice, my initial phone call was with her, then I called back a day or so later to follow up on our conversation and "Jack Michie" answered. That's were the magic began, he was a true professional, I had just loss my home and two cars in Hurricane Helene; even though we faced obstacles e.g. an outstanding Recall that slowed the process by a week, Jack kept me informed of progress and setbacks.
