This was, without a doubt, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. While Chloe was walking me through the features, we discovered a small issue that required service. Even then, the care continued: I was sent home with reassurance that it would be taken care of, and a mobile technician was scheduled to come to my home. The technician (Carson, I think) was wonderful, he resolved the issue and made sure everything was perfect before he left. The service was extraordinary from beginning to end, and I am genuinely grateful. In fact, my husband was so impressed hearing about my experience that he went back the very next day and purchased a new Lincoln for himself! The exact vehicle he wanted was not on the lot but Jack searched and found exactly what he was looking for and Chloe and Jack delivered it to our home the next day...red carpet, bow and all!! We were looking for a used vehicle & found a 2023 online at this dealer that looked like the right fit so we drove the 1.5 hours yesterday to check it out. Turned out to be a Great decision. We had the best vehicle purchasing experience ever! They use a salesperson, and a brand ambassador team exclusively for the entire process. Our salesperson, Jack Michie, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and very professional. We felt no pressure at all. Our brand ambassador, also Jack, again very personable & friendly, went with us on the test drive freeing sales to keep the paperwork rolling. The ambassador checked on us, was the runner with paperwork, & was just a pleasant young man. Our salesperson was transparent & handled the entire process; no finance manager, no separate used car person to value our trade-in, no sales manager, just Jack. He addressed concerns in a pro-active manner & yes, we bought the car. We were so happy with their entire process. Our salesperson even called this next morning to make sure all was well. Jack Michie and Donald Andrews did a wonderful job helping me find my new Corsair. I had been working with Jack for weeks to find a less expensive lease due to an unexpected life event. Compared to other dealerships from other brands I have purchased from in the past, I have to say that this experience topped them all! Aesthetically, the dealership looks like a small mall and extremely clean. Didn't look like your average dealership at all. From the time we walked in, to the final wave goodbyes afterwards, we were treated like royalty. A suite reserved for signing; snacks and drinks available for comfort; the vehicle inside (it was rainy all day) right next to us as we were going through the purchasing process. No hassling. No continuous pushing of extra products. No lies to get you into a deal that benefits them and a great deal overall. I am glad we took the time and drove 45 mins out of our way to purchase from Bozard instead of one locally. It was WELL worth the trip. I bought a Lincoln Nautilus Black Label from Jack Michie at the Bozzard dealership in St Augustine a few months ago. If you want to buy a new Lincoln or a pre-owned Ford in NE Florida and surrounding states Jack Michie with Bozard Ford is your guy. He would send me vehicles and only vehicles that met my criteria and did not try and sell me on every vehicle on the lot. When I changed my mind on purchasing a vehicle (well the boss did) several times. He never pestered me not a single time. When the time was right I knew the right person to call Jack Michie. We ended up purchasing a new Lincoln Navigator L. Not by his upsetting once again the boss. And more so we changed our mind after leaving the dealership from. The original vehicle was cleaned up and in the showroom. In the pouring rain and switching vehicles Jack himself was wiping down the vehicle. Which I kindly replied was not required. If you have never purchased a Lincoln the buying experience is unmatched. You add Jack the team and I do not think I will purchase another vehicle from a another dealership EVER. Only unfortunate thing is that I can only give 5 starts.
