Hands down the easiest, smoothest car buying experience ever and we traveled from out of state! Tyler was proactive and awesome. He collected all the info needed and had everything ready for us to just hop in and test drive. As soon as we returned he took us straight to James who had ALL the paperwork ready for our signatures!!! We will be back for a Bronco in a few years

I recently bought a Ford Explorer ST from salesperson Gevin Pile. The sales expert was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. Gevin was stress free, helpful and abke to locate me the perfect vehicle in a price range that I wanted. Gevin went above and beyond by spending extra time with me on a test drive to see how the vehicle was on the highway and many other things. He worked quickly and was able to get me out of the dealership in almost and hour including processing my trade. James Oldham in the finance department was great as well. Very helpful with explaining service plans and not trying to shove them down your throat like other dealerships.

I had an awesome experience working with Tyler in sales and James in finance. They were both friendly, professional, informative and really made sure I was well taken care of. I’ve spent the past 10 years buying cars and referring friends to a different local dealer, when I walked in to the dealership today, I felt nothing less than honest salesman who care for the overall well-being of the customer. They listened to our wish list and found the perfect vehicle for us. They were professional, courteous and very informative. One pleasant aspect of our experience was only having to deal with Jesse and Jonathan and not being ping ponged back and forth between managers and the sales team. Overall GREAT experience. We so appreciated Jonathan delivering our Navigator to our home and literally rolling out the red carpet and presenting our Navigator with a big red bow and thank you gift. Also we appreciate the concierge service offered for future service appointments by Bozard Lincoln.

Went to Bozard looking at 2022 F-150 XL with 38K miles. The XL was a nice work truck sort of bare bones -- I wanted a few more creature comforts and the latest safety features. Tristan (sales rep) had me speak with James (sale mgr) and he asked if I would consider a newer vehicle. I said, I didn't think I had the budget -- he said he could get very aggressive with the pricing. I looked/drove several XLT. The trucks had everything I was looking for. Settled on a 2023 4x4, 3.5L, with 20 miles on the odometer with front and rear collison advoidance, blind spot mirrors, lane avoidance. I feel I got a fair price, met my target for the trade-in of a 2018 Explorer Sport and finance rate was 1.9% The F-150 will make hauling my kayak much easier. Will have no problem at the boat ramp with my 20' center console. The 4x4 is perfect for the beach. Very pleased with the staff and vehicle.

Bought a car from Bozard over the weekend. My husband also gets all his service done there. Tyler and James were absolutely amazing. Tyler did not pressure us and was extremely helpful. It was such a positive experience. Highly recommend Bozard if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

I bought a car today from Bozard Ford and it was a seamless experience! Kim O’Connell listened to my wants, needs, and concerns, then matched me with the perfect car. James Oldham in the finance department also made the paperwork easy. Bozard has advanced technology that allows you to sign the paperwork on a large tablet rather than hard copies of paper. In all, the car buying experience was a 10/10 and I will be buying from this dealership again in the future.
