Just go to Bozard! I went to the other Ford dealership in Orange Park because they had a truck with the options I wanted.... but they also wanted to play games. I met with DEVIN after a few texts and ended up at Bozard. Great guy. Let me drive the two new vehicles I was trying to decide from. No pressure. He even worked the deal two different ways to get me the best price. Financing with JAMES was great. I have purchased many new cards and used cards, at dealerships and at smaller car lots, and this was BY FAR the best buying experience I have ever had. I can't imagine I will ever buy a car anywhere else. Don't waste your time. Just go see DEVIN at Bozard.

Bozard is probably the best dealership I've ever visited that's why I have purchased five vehicles and looking to purchase one more. Every time I go there I never feel pressured everyone is super friendly and real and that's important. As far as my salesman Mikey, he is by far the coolest intelligent young man I have dealt with in a long time very accommodating answers any questions very knowledgeable in his field He's a 10-star asset to bozard. As far as the financing end James will bend over backwards to get you the best deal he possibly can. He's not the kind of person to just settle on an interest rate or payment he talks to you and gets your best interest at heart and does an unbelievable fantastic job. I couldn't be happier. Even though this particular vehicle is not a Ford it's still Ford certified and they did a beautiful job detailing the car. I'm actually going to be back next month to purchase one more pickup truck. This is first review I’ve ever posted on google because they are head and shoulders above the other Ford dealerships that I’ve dealt with in Jacksonville area.I purchased my 2016 F150 XLT from here and bought my 2025 STX today. Phillip M. our salesperson was attentive and responsive on what I was looking for and kept in touch but not pushy or overbearing which I appreciated. James the finance manager we had was up front and honest did a great job getting us in and out in a timely manner. And when I bought my last truck here 9 years ago I can say I had good service then but it’s even better now. They make the process stress free and quick at Bozard if you know what you are looking for. As far as service after the sale I had two issues in 9 years on my last truck that they corrected and did right by me.Outstanding customer service!!!! Hopefully in another 10 years I’ll be buying my next F150 here.

I can’t say enough great things about this dealership. I was amazed and so much appreciated the knowledge of the people that helped us select a car. We were searching for a pre-owned and found a few that we wanted to check out. Mike and Stone answered all our questions about all the autos whether they were Ford or not. I was so impressed with their assistance. We ended up purchasing that day and we really hadn’t planned on it. But we felt we could not find any more honest sales personnel and were very comfortable with our decision because of them. The finance process was pretty fast too. James Oldham got us in and out quickly. We love the car and are enjoying it so very much. Thanks to this great team.

James D’Ambrosio and Raul were so helpful in me finding a new vehicle. They made sure we had the best experience possible . I was able to test drive and leave the dealership in 2 and half hours which was phenomenal.josh was fantastic in the finance department . 10/10 recommend any of them to help you.

The salesman, Brandon, and the Finance Manager, James, were excellent to deal with throughout the buying process. I never once felt pressured or was asked, “What can we do to earn your business today?” I hate car salesmen that say that, it totally turns me off! Just be sure to get a copy of your Deal Sheet and review it carefully to make sure there are no hidden fees or additional costs lurking in the paperwork. While signing the paperwork I found an additional $750 fee that when I showed James he quickly corrected the issue. Neither he or Brandon were aware of this additional cost. I still don’t understand why the sales manager wouldn’t share the Deal Sheet prior to signing the paperwork but I guess he didn’t think it was important. I’m so glad I took my time and reviewed all of the documents before signing anything!

We were referred here to Gregg Steinberg, but also worked with Kim. It was a specific vehicle we came in for, and they had it ready for us to test drive. Kim was friendly and helpful, but admittedly not knowledgeable about this specific make/model, (she's a Ford salesperson, we were looking at a Lincoln). Nevertheless, she got us any answers she didn't know. The purchase experience was very good and easy and the car was detailed and gassed up well before we were ready. James in financing was excellent. I enjoyed the experience and I love my new car. I will mention, however, that when we arrived, we went to the Lincoln dealership first, which was very impressive. I would have rather had the Lincoln buying experience over the Ford, but I guess that's what you get when you buy used. Lincoln did send over a Brand Ambassador to walk me through the gadgets and operations and we had fun playing with the features. It's a great car and we feel very happy with the deal we got and our overall buying experience.

Bozard found out, contacted me, and set me up with a 2022 after giving me over KBB value for my trade. Bernie was the least pushy salesman I’ve ever worked with which is why I will always go back to them - as will my dad, mom, and uncle - who are all customers as well. Most dealerships will look you over and tell you to deal with the problems, but they made it right. They even delivered my immaculately clean car to my work so I didn’t have to drive and hour and a half to get it. James and Bernie - and even Rick, the financing guy - got me in a car that I love and most importantly, feel comfortable driving my family in.

Went to Bozard looking at 2022 F-150 XL with 38K miles. The XL was a nice work truck sort of bare bones -- I wanted a few more creature comforts and the latest safety features. Tristan (sales rep) had me speak with James (sale mgr) and he asked if I would consider a newer vehicle. I said, I didn't think I had the budget -- he said he could get very aggressive with the pricing. I looked/drove several XLT. The trucks had everything I was looking for. Settled on a 2023 4x4, 3.5L, with 20 miles on the odometer with front and rear collison advoidance, blind spot mirrors, lane avoidance. I feel I got a fair price, met my target for the trade-in of a 2018 Explorer Sport and finance rate was 1.9% The F-150 will make hauling my kayak much easier. Will have no problem at the boat ramp with my 20' center console. The 4x4 is perfect for the beach. Very pleased with the staff and vehicle.
