I want to send a huge thank you to the Bozard service team for truly going above and beyond for our family. Our son drives a 2018 Ford F-150. This past summer we had to replace the entire engine — not fun, and nearly a $15,000 repair (done by another mechanic who did a great job). When he came home from college for Christmas, the truck started having issues again. Since it was under warranty, we brought it straight to Bozard Ford. They worked hard to troubleshoot the problem and believed they had resolved it. Unfortunately, two days later the issues returned. We brought it back again… and then again a couple days after that. At that point I explained my concern: our son had an 11-hour drive back to school and was leaving on a Sunday. I was worried about him being stranded in a rural area if something went wrong. They assured me they would do everything in their power to prevent that. I truly believe the service team was doing everything possible, even when the warranty company was reluctant to do the right thing. Fast forward to the drive back to college — and our worst fear happened. The truck started acting up again. Our son managed to limp it the final two hours to campus. I called Chris and Jeff at Bozard first thing Monday morning, and when I say they went above and beyond, I mean it. Because he lives in a college town, rental companies won’t rent to drivers under 23, and he needed transportation. Bozard put one of their own fleet vehicles on a flatbed, drove it up to him, picked up his truck, and transported it back to St. Augustine. After completing a full engine replacement, they flatbedded his repaired truck back to him and retrieved the loaner. I cannot thank them enough for stepping in, creating a real solution, and standing firm with the warranty company to make this right. Their level of care, professionalism, and commitment to our family was extraordinary. Thank you for being customer service oriented in a time where sometimes that is not easy to find.
This dealership is awesome. Drove all the way from palm beach county to buy a truck. Jeff and Tom were so helpful with the test driving and getting our trade in appraised and nick in financing was also amazing. 10 out of 10 experience. We will be back.

Well from my own personal experience I can tell you there’s something different about this dealership.. Is it they answer the phone and know what vehicle you talking about? Is it they seem to have superior knowledge of the vehicle or is it that when there doing warranty work on your car/truck and always get the work done that was promised.. Well yes yes and yes it’s HAVING A management team dedicated to customer satisfaction and giving you the benefit that if you do business with them they will have your back.. Today I would like to recognize a Gentleman named Travis I think he’s a ford service advisor or manager not sure but after purchasing this coyote convertible mustang This gentlemen is the reason why I tell anyone to buy from Bozard ford !!! I was approaching 35k on my car and my bumper to bumper warranty was expiring at 36k miles and I had a few concerns and with me leaving for Florida very very soon I needed to get my car in there for service before my miles were up not only did TRAVIS get the work done Bozard gave me a rental car a “SUV” while there were fixing my car and was able to squeeze me in as there are super super busy.. What makes this such a great establishment is that the communication is on point the diagnosis’s are spot on. When I called to have Travis recognized I spoke to Jill also took the time out of her busy day to take down the details I was complimenting Travis about.. So it’s the whole team effort this place does from the moment you call there quick and concise. I honestly have never been treated so fairly going to any you heard “ ANY” other dealership.. I plan on meeting with Jeff King to personally thank him for having such a wonderful staff.
