During a process of replacing my transmission I dealt with Jerilyn in the service department. She did a great job and was super helpful. She and the tech worked to get me a new transmission under my extended warranty. While the work took longer, due to approvals and manpower, Jerilyn kept me aware, and she was on top of it any time I texted or emailed. The Enterprise car rent group at this dealership is also well run. I would return to Bozard.

I had a great experience and the Bozard ford service department with Austen S. (Mechanic) And Jerilyn (service advisor) my car was gone for 72 days because it needed a new engine majority of the time was working things out with warranty they we’re communicating every few days letting me know updates and what was going on unlike other dealers I’ve been to before. If you go to the service department ask for Jerilyn and Austen both amazing people and great at their jobs respectively my car runs better than ever now thanks
