I worked with Joey a few weeks ago. I knew what car I wanted and the price I wanted it at. It was a quick and easy process and didn't have to do a lot of back and forth. Great experience. A few things needed attention with the vehicle but I was assured that everything will be taken care of.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Joey C and the Bozard Ford folks. I had a bit of a non-traditional scenario, where I was buying out the lease on a vehicle I had initially leased halfway across the country at a different Ford dealer. Joey was able to set reasonable expectations about the steps to take, walk me through the process, answer all my concerns, provide me information in a timely manner, and complete the transaction without me having to constantly drive over to the dealership. I have also previously brought my car in for service and experienced the same compassion and open communication from the service department. I thoroughly recommend Bozard to anyone in the area (even within 2 hours!) for purchasing and/or servicing a Ford vehicle.

Normally I hate going to car dealerships but going to Bozard Ford was a different experience. I had to travel some distance to see the vehicle that I was interested in, and Joey Cotroneo was the salesman that was helping me. When I arrived, Joey was there to greet me, and the vehicle was clean and ready for my inspection. The truck looked great to me, and we went in to work out the deal. I expected a lot of pressure to add additional warranties or options. Joey offered but did not push it. I purchased the truck, and we parted ways both satisfied with the deal. It was the best and easiest vehicle purchase that I have ever made. It was well worth the ride.
