I found a previously enjoyed Ford F150 on the website and called in and spoke to TJ who was great. I explained that I ran a powersports dealership and was super busy because it was Saturday and needed them to do all the heavy lifting. I sent pictures and the information on my trade along with any other information TJ needed, he took it all to his manager Tom and he agreed to my deal and brought the truck and paperwork to me at my dealership. We signed and that was it, So easyI Also when the truck arrived Tom noticed some blemish's detail missed and offered a complimentary clay bar detail asap. So thanks again to TJ and Tom for doing an awesome job, I appreciate all your hard work! This is my second purchase from Bozard Lincoln & this time it was a new 2022 Lincoln Corsair. I was very fortunate to get a great sales representative in John "Jack" Michie. Mr. Michie was great to work with guiding me expertly through the whole process. I had a lot of questions & he provided me with all the answers. I have dealt with many sales reps in the past but Mr. Michie was the best in response time and in pointing out all the options that were available. He either called or texted me whenever I asked about the car or cars that I was interested in and was patient & helpful in my selection. I appreciate that he was there from beginning to end to make my purchase very enjoyable. I hope to do business with him again. I also would like to thank Tyler for all his excellent assistance in going over everything in my new Corsair & familiarizing me with the instrumentation and setting up my phone. He certainly knows the vehicle. I also would like to thank Morgan for all her assistance in the initial visit to Bozard Lincoln. She was sweet, knowledgeable, & very helpful in the Corsair screen presentation that got me interested in looking at a new Corsair. Thanks to everyone else who were pleasant & helpful to me during my visits.

We my wife and I recently moved to St Augustine Florida friend Palm Beach and we are meticulous with our cars, both are hybrids and require straight synthetic oil, I’ve had to argue with service technicians concerning what oil to use, my cars require full synthetic oil to operate properly , you would think they know that , some don’t! However with Bozard Ford in st Augustine Florida they were on top of it, not only did they use the proper oil for my service call, they were very friendly and courteous. They were really attentive to my vehicle needs and more. My technician Anthony Huddelston was very informed and knowledgeable and was able to get me in and out very quickly, I happen to have a conversation with one of the managers by the name of John and he was a delight to speak with as he is as concern for everyone of his customers as he is for his employees. I’m sure if there’s an issue John would be the man to go to to get some resolution. In all I give the dealership a 10 in customer service and satisfaction. I am glad to know I can depend on them Bozard Ford when my vehicle has any need. I want to thank everyone at Bozard Ford, you all make the difference. Thanks ????
