Bought a vehicle from John Ramirez who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. There were a few sap spots on the paint and he had them detail and get everything perfect. A couple of weeks after my purchase an issue came up where the service techs forgot to reset some maintenance reminder. Not only did they immediately schedule me for a full service and paid for it but the also set it up where they came and picked up the vehicle and dropped back off when they were finished. It is service like this that is sorely missed in the industry today. I will definitely be doing my business with Bozard in the future and with Mr. Ramirez. Thanks for all that you do.
