Words cant describe the amazing experience we had. We've recently moved to Jax from Detroit so we know Automotive and Dealership experiences. From the very second we walked onto the lot and we're greeted by Johnathan, we know this was a special place. He spent time answering all of our questions with no pressure to buy, we seriously asked 100 questions about the vehicles and he knew 95%. We then worked with Morgan to discuss trading in our Cadillac and was given a fair price. There was no haggling, not pressure to upsell warranties. I named my price and Morgan got it done. As the paperwork was being completed we went to Fords Garage for dinner and Morgan came over to our table for us to sign. Jonathan then brought us into the delivery room where he presented us with a gift and our car on red carpet and a big red bow. He then spent time getting us set up on the app and going through all the details of the vehicle. This was THE best buying experience I've ever been a part of. Bozard Lincoln has my business for life.

Jonathan helped me find a vehicle that I wanted within my budget. He answered all of my questions and even sent videos of things that could not be shown with words like the ambient lighting. No other Lincoln dealer in the area gave me such a top notch experience and also did not feel at any point he was wasting my time. Truly first class.

After shopping for a Lincoln at my local dealer, I had decided that this was not the vehicle I wanted based on the dealership. I was speaking to my parents who live in Saint Augustine and have purchased several Lincoln’s from your company. They suggested I at least reach out to you all, and see what you had available in the aviators in which I was shopping for. Upon my initial call, the phone was answered by Jonathan. I told him the experience in which I had at another dealership. We quickly went through what I was looking for, and he listened to every word and request that I had. He immediately looked at the inventory and sent me an email narrowing down my choices. It took me a little bit to decide, but by the afternoon I had made my choice. I was somewhat dreading the drive from Lake County to Saint Augustine, but he quickly told me that was not going to be necessary. He informed me that they would actually deliver the vehicle to me. I was already astounded by his customer service, and attentiveness to me. We discussed the price and the warranty options and within only a matter of hours, we had made a deal. They were able to send me all of the paperwork electronically for my signatures. Jonathan promptly called me this morning to let me know that everything was taken care of and they would have the vehicle to me by noon. He called me and let me know when they left the dealership and that Donald would be delivering my aviator. Donald was in contact with me to let me know exactly when he would arrive at my office. He pulled up at my office and put a huge bow on the vehicle for me. It was so sweet. He went over everything in the vehicle with me and stayed until I was comfortable operating everything. He was a very polite, respectable young man. He gave me his card and assured me if I had any questions whatsoever to just reach out to him. I have owned multiple makes and models of vehicles, But never have I been treated so kindly by an automobile dealer. I would give 100 stars if I could for a review. I purchased a navigator this week from my salesman Jonathan Quezada. Despite loving the car, I was hesitant to make the purchase because the dealership is almost 4 hours from my house. Jonathan arranged the purchase remotely detailed the car and had it driven to my front door. They rolled out the red carpet for delivery. The next day I had an issue and reached out to him. He worked with me to ensure everything was taken care of. It is rare you find a dealership with integrity and great customer service. I will definitely give them a call when it’s time to get my next new vehicle.
