Best dealership experience I have ever had. We were treated with great respect and kindness throughout the entire process. Jonathan did an amazing job communicating with us and made sure the vehicle was exactly as it should have been. My wife was blown away but the red carpet treatment and my toddler even received a stuffed animal which he loved.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Jonathan Quezada. Everything was done on line and my vehicle was delivered to my door step, two and half hours away. No pressure and no issues. Great communication. Renee Sheridan, Brand Ambassador, was also involved in the delivery and took great care of all the little details to make the delivery complete.

Jonathan was our Lincoln sales associate and Donald was our brand ambassador. Not enough good things to say about them. They made the buying process smooth and stress-free. So good, in fact, we came back and bought a second vehicle. The atmosphere and ambience of the Lincoln dealership itself was very welcoming, calm, quiet, and very well laid out. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a Lincoln vehicle.

I purchased a navigator this week from my salesman Jonathan Quezada. Despite loving the car, I was hesitant to make the purchase because the dealership is almost 4 hours from my house. Jonathan arranged the purchase remotely detailed the car and had it driven to my front door. They rolled out the red carpet for delivery. The next day I had an issue and reached out to him. He worked with me to ensure everything was taken care of. It is rare you find a dealership with integrity and great customer service. I will definitely give them a call when it’s time to get my next new vehicle.

After shopping for a Lincoln at my local dealer, I had decided that this was not the vehicle I wanted based on the dealership. I was speaking to my parents who live in Saint Augustine and have purchased several Lincoln’s from your company. They suggested I at least reach out to you all, and see what you had available in the aviators in which I was shopping for. Upon my initial call, the phone was answered by Jonathan. I told him the experience in which I had at another dealership. We quickly went through what I was looking for, and he listened to every word and request that I had. He immediately looked at the inventory and sent me an email narrowing down my choices. It took me a little bit to decide, but by the afternoon I had made my choice. I was somewhat dreading the drive from Lake County to Saint Augustine, but he quickly told me that was not going to be necessary. He informed me that they would actually deliver the vehicle to me. I was already astounded by his customer service, and attentiveness to me. We discussed the price and the warranty options and within only a matter of hours, we had made a deal. They were able to send me all of the paperwork electronically for my signatures. Jonathan promptly called me this morning to let me know that everything was taken care of and they would have the vehicle to me by noon. He called me and let me know when they left the dealership and that Donald would be delivering my aviator. Donald was in contact with me to let me know exactly when he would arrive at my office. He pulled up at my office and put a huge bow on the vehicle for me. It was so sweet. He went over everything in the vehicle with me and stayed until I was comfortable operating everything. He was a very polite, respectable young man. He gave me his card and assured me if I had any questions whatsoever to just reach out to him. I have owned multiple makes and models of vehicles, But never have I been treated so kindly by an automobile dealer. I would give 100 stars if I could for a review. Jonathan helped me find a vehicle that I wanted within my budget. He answered all of my questions and even sent videos of things that could not be shown with words like the ambient lighting. No other Lincoln dealer in the area gave me such a top notch experience and also did not feel at any point he was wasting my time. Truly first class.
