It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. Our lease is coming up in 4 months and every other dealer I talked to said they couldn't help me except Bozard. Jesse worked out an amazing deal and got us into a new Navigator for much less than what the dealership we had the lease through gave us. Him and his associate Marcos gave us the "white glove" treatment every step of the way and we couldn't be happier with our experience. They did the paperwork remotely and delivered the vehicle to our house with a gift and red carpet (seriously). I would highly recommend Bozard and Jesse.
