It seems weird rating a Dealership but I felt like I HAD to because of how FANTASTIC Mary in the SERVICE DEPT is!! She is always FRIENDLY!! I was there Saturday with my son’s F150 but I’ve been there a few other times in the past with my Ford and she has ALWAYS been pleasant and courteous!!! It is obvious how much she genuinely cares about taking care of your Blue Oval vehicle. She has no hesitation about taking care of every detail. THANK YOU MARY!!!

Kim and her Sales Team are awesome! And a huge shout out to Mary and her husband(sorry we forgot!) along with Josh & Dan in the Service Dept too!!! My husband and I were hauling our camper home with our F450 dually from the Keys to Maryland, when we started to have issues 15 mins away from Bozard Ford. I did a quick Google search and we called and asked if they could look at it. We met Mary and she sent Josh & Dan out to diagnose our issue, unfortunately it was a huge engine problem. The service team was so very helpful. Mary and her husband cleared a spot on the back lot for us to park our camper and our dying truck for the weekend, so that we could unload everything from the truck. He even helped to pull it out of the lot to hook it up to the uhaul Monday morning. They introduced us to Kim in Sales(who's the Best!), she arranged for us to have a loaner truck for the weekend while we made arrangements to haul the camper home. They bought our truck from us and even helped us trade it towards a Camaro. Kim kept us up to date on every step. She even suggested a few hotels, restaurants and rental companies that were close by. They were absolutely fantastic and so helpful. And treat you like family. What they did for us this past weekend meant everything to us, there are wonderful people in this world and alot of them are right there in that dealership! We can't thank the team at Bozard enough for what they did to help us and to get my husband into another vehicle that he is enjoying, and helping us get back on the road to our family. When I'm ready to get my Mustang, since the husband has his choice car now, I know exactly where we will be returning to.
