This morning I was cut off by a Ford lightning with a large Bozard sticker and dealer plates. After being cut off the driver tried to run me off the road and threw something at my vehicle. I called to let them know about what happened because it was extremely dangerous. I was on 95 heading north. I first spoke with the customer relations manager and unfortunately I don’t remember her name. She was very concerned and wanted to get the details. I was able to provide her with the vehicle information and license plate number. She told me she would run it up the chain and thanked me for calling. She apologized several times and was very pleasant to speak with. I felt like she really cared about what happened. I did not expect another phone call. Maybe 20 minutes later I got a call from Matt, I can’t remember his position but he was a manager. Matt was very apologetic and let me know some further details as to who was driving the vehicle. I was very happy that I got another phone call to fill me in on whether or not it was an employee or customer. It was not an employee. Overall, it was a great experience, it wasn’t their fault that this happened but they took it very seriously and communicated very well with me. I want to thank them for treating this as a serious matter. This day and age many businesses wouldn’t take this seriously and address the issue with the perpetrator, Bozard did both. It will be awhile before I need another vehicle but rest assured I will be going to Bozard Ford first.

I have a specialty F150 (Shelby) since 2021 here in Jacksonville, and I have used the local Ford dealers here for just routine service. Always a challenge, wrong oil used, wait times overblown, and the capper of it all: had slight inside front tire wear but no pulling. A local dealer aligned it and the steering wheel came back cock-eyed and it pulled to the right. They said it was what was needed to correct the inner wear. Short story long, I went to Bozard to make an appointment for much needed services, alignment, and a little warranty work. Service advisor was Matt Larson. An appointment was scheduled, a loaner car was provided and everything went perfect and was correctly done throughout and timely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bozard Ford over the other dealerships.
