I purchased my new Ranger from Bozard online in Florida and arranged to pick it up on my return trip from vacation. My salesman Michael has been fantastic every step of the way. I appreciate how he and the team at Bozard Ford have made what might have been a difficult process an absolute delight and best purchase experience I’ve ever had.
We had the best car buying experience at Bozard Lincoln. Our sales advisor Michael was excellent from the moment we walked in until we drove away in our new Black Label Aviator within hours. Natalie our ambassador was excellent as well. She explained all the features in our new automobile. I would highly recommend Bozard Lincoln to everyone.
Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Great price on the vehicle, great value on our trade in, no back and fourth negotiation. It’s clear they value peoples time and money and work to get them a car sold. Michael was the bomb. Only had a little bit of waiting for the finance guy, bit they were so busy. Rightfully so though, they were great. Should always be busy there. 10/10 experience and I’m rolling fresh in this Durango

My mom and brother have both gone to see Michael to purchase their vehicles and it was finally my turn this past weekend. He is in a higher position now, but was still able to help me find the perfect vehicle. He only showed me cars in my price range, never over. At one point, I decided on one and then changed my mind the next day… but that didn’t bother him. He let me drive some others until I finally found the perfect fit. He never rushed me or pushed me at all. After the fact, I told a friend about my experience and she said that Michael had also helped her husband with his truck, and they loved him too!
