I visited almost every luxury dealership in St. Johns and Duval Counties when test driving new SUVs over the past few months. The Lincoln Aviator and the sales service experience I experienced with Mike were the reasons I chose the vehicle I did and Bozard Lincoln to purchase it from.

I found a used 2021 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro online that was located at Bozard Ford Lincoln and had reached out with an inquiry. Mike Murdock was the one that handled my request, and he was very easy to work with. Since I was an out-of-state party at the time, he provided detailed service history information of the vehicle, a video walk-through, and answered all the questions I had (was my first car purchase so there were many!) Purchasing a vehicle during this time was a bit anxiety-inducing (February 2023,) as even though I had pre-approval for financing, rates were much higher than they had historically been. Mike was able to match my rate through the dealer and handled all the paperwork processing. After everything was finalized, I was happy with the final price and Mike had Bozard ambassadors (thank you very much Jared and Carson!) deliver the vehicle across the state of Florida to my fiancé in Tampa. They even filled the gas tank and had the truck detailed. Would highly recommend - above-and-beyond customer service and easy purchase process.

They answered all our questions, they walked us through all the car features. No pressure sale. The vehicle is beautiful. They made us feel like VIPs. The following suggestion has nothing to do with the dealership or their service, these are my personal product enhancement suggestion. I have driven many luxury cars and I was surprised that this SUV within the $82K+ price range does not have these helpful features. Although the SUV already has the technology for several of these options. Example: BMW and Volvo Car Apps has the ability to search for an address in its map, once found, you can send the information to the vehicle navigation system via the app. Once received, the driver selects it, and the navigation routes the destination. BMW and Volvo also have the option to tilt the passenger side mirror when you shift in reverse. Allowing the driver to see the curve on the passenger side. BMW and Chevy Impala Premier have the option to automatically lock the car when you walk away from it with the key. The Volvo alerts you via the app if the car was left unlocked or windows or sunroof left opened. Both BMW and Volvo have the option to open the lift gate with the kick motion. Looking forward to many adventures with our new Black Label Aviator!

Mike was fantastic. We ordered a car on line and Mike kept us updated from order to arrival. Carson (our brand ambassador) spoke so highly of the car and the Lincoln brand and Mike validated it. This is my first Lincoln and I’m positive it won’t be my last with Mike and Carson as my “go to” sales team. The car is amazing and they explained everything about it in detail.
