I pulled into a Circle K after a recent service in which it was necessary to reset my door code and I had failed to do that. It was 9:45pm and both keys were in the car. I called AAA roadside service and while I was waiting I tried Mike on his mobile phone. To my great surprise he answered! He reminded me that I could use the mobile app to unlock my door. Mike was a true pleasure to work with. No question went unanswered. He never pressured and pushed me to move forward, simply reached out and made himself available. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of! The one other dealership I reached out to was quickly nixed off the list when they called me back to back three times, I felt that was very unprofessional. Professionalism at its finest came in working with Mike. The process was seamless and actually enjoyable. I have never purchased a new vehicle before, and haven’t had a car payment in over 10 years.
