I actually found him through my neighborhood page where he offered to help anyone with their car-buying needs—and he absolutely delivered on that. I reached out yesterday morning about a brand new Ford Lightning, and from start to finish, Lonnie was incredible. He went above and beyond at every step, worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted, and somehow got me into the highest trim level for the price I was hoping for. What really stood out was how thoughtful he was during the process. We had our two small kids with us, and he noticed they were getting restless. Without us even asking, he suggested we take a break and grab food at the restaurant attached to the dealership, which made a huge difference for us. On top of that, Lonnie is even following up the next day to make sure everything is good and that we don’t need anything else. That level of service is rare and definitely appreciated. I also want to mention Nick in finance, who was great to work with as well. He made that part of the process easy and straightforward. Lonnie made the entire experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. I’ll absolutely be going back to him and the guys at Bozard Ford for any future vehicle purchases and highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch service.
