Great experience purchasing our 2023 F-150 to haul a trailer to start retirement. Paul showed us a couple of trucks and found us one with max towing at a great price. Trade in value received was comparable to online.
Bozard should be a case study on how the car sales experience should be! I went on a Saturday which is almost guaranteed to be a busy sales day for any dealership. I linked up with Paul and was clear on what I wanted to see. Paul listened well and was very accommodating to any requests I had. We test drove a 2021 Ford Expedition and once the decision was made to begin the process to purchase, Paul was very clear on what was needed from my end and what to expect. I had a trade-in and the offer was more than fair. When we got to the financing portion, Nick assisted with making the documents portion painless and efficient and drove away the same day with a new vehicle. This was the shortest vehicle buying process I've ever experienced. I can't express how meaningful it is to make the customer feel that their time is respected and valued. Kudos to Bozard for setting an example of how a positive car buying experience should be. And thanks to Paul and Nick for their professionalism and efficiency. I'll be looking forward to my next purchase at Bozard.
Hauling our camper to St. Augustine we had a tire blow out. A very nice man in a Bozard car stopped to help us. Paul Johnson offered us his tools to use and we were able to get our spare put on and continue to the beach for our camping trip. Thanks Paul, you saved the day!!!
