Great internet buying experience with Raul Sorbun. Gave a fair price for my trade-in ($3K more than another dealership was willing to pay), had the vehicle I wanted ready for a test drive and sale. After the online negotiations I spent only 1.5 hrs at Bozard, including the test drive time and the time it took to evaluate my trade. Excellent buying experience. This is the best experience at a car dealership i have ever had!!! Raul went so far beyond what he needed to. My wife is 8 months pregnant. We went to bozard ford on Saturday and looked at a beautiful truck at a GREAT price!! The truck had just gotten traded in on Friday and they hadnt had time to service it and it had to have tires put on. So I put a $500 deposit on the truck and we went home. They had a little trouble getting tires so on Monday I drove back down there with my wife and signed the paperwork and got the truck paid for. Raul put me in a loaner truck until my truck was ready. When it was ready he had my truck delivered to my house and picked up the loaner truck. Also when we went on Monday the final price of the truck had dropped significantly!!! Raul was very professional, cool, honest, and went way out of his way to make sure me and my family were taken care of. I absolutely recommend Bozard Ford Lincoln In St Augustine!!! Ask for Raul!!!

Great experience working with Raul and Bozard Ford. Was able to complete the entire process from home other than a test drive I completed earlier in the process. Never felt pressured and was able to work everything into my timeline and budget. Delivery at home on a Sunday was a huge plus that made it a great start to the week!
