We had such a wonderful experience with Richard! ❤️ We drove all the way from Fernandina Beach to St. Augustine on Wednesday specifically to look at a certain vehicle. I had actually emailed ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was available before making the drive. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication, and when we got there, we found out the vehicle had been loaned out as a courtesy vehicle and soonest they would be able to get the vehicle back wouldn’t be until Friday 🥹. Obviously, after driving that far, we were pretty disappointed. BUT let me tell you… Richard completely turned the situation around! Instead of just saying, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do,” Richard went above and beyond to see what he could do to get the vehicle back sooner. He worked hard to make it happen, and he was able to get the vehicle back the very next day instead of Friday! 🙌🏼 That meant SO much to us. What impressed me most was that he didn’t have to go out of his way like he did, but he genuinely cared about making the situation right and making sure we had a good experience. He communicated with us, kept his word, and went above and beyond in so many ways throughout the entire process. Buying a vehicle can already be stressful, and that first hiccup could have easily made the entire experience a bad one. Instead, Richard turned it into an experience we will remember for all the RIGHT reasons. ❤️ Richard, thank you for going the extra mile for us! Your effort, honesty, patience, and willingness to make things right did NOT go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and could not be happier with our experience. You took the time to walk us through the explorer st and made my wife feel comfortable and didn’t ignore her and weren’t pushy about making the sale instead you catered to everything we were asking making everything simple and showed her everything on the vehicle when we walked in and I said we were here for her and to see if it was practical for our family and that I had already looked at the vehicle and I was happy with it and I just wanted to make sure it was practical and good for her as well you took it seriously and catered to that! I had gone to two previous ford dealers and I just felt like they were trying to push a vehicle out the door and weren’t wanting to actually take the time that you did! I greatly appreciate you taking the and getting to know us and what we were looking for
