Trust is purchasing a vehicle without ever physically seeing the vehicle. On top of that, I live in Texas, the dealership is in Florida, I never left my living room and the vehicle was just delivered to my house. Like a pizza! Think about that for a second. Not once did I test drive the vehicle. Not once did I spend a precious weekend of time (your most valuable resource) at a dealership being “sold” on a vehicle. No once did I feel pressured to make a deal or be told I had a “limited window” to make a decision. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I also traded in two vehicles to make the deal work financially. They picked those up when they dropped off my vehicle at my front door. Bozart will go down as the greatest car dealership ever who never “sold” anything. They were responding to my wants, made me feel heard, sent options and took every call. Ryan nailed it on the vehicle and Bryan stayed late on a holiday to get the deal done. Ed Roberts and his team have completely changed the way I viewed not just car sales, but all sales. With the word “SERVE” in front of everything they do, you could use their model in any business. Had a few hiccups along the way that had me a bit worried when buying a used truck. But the gentlemen at Bozard are full of integrity, and for that I recommend them fully. Shoutout to both Tim and Ryan specifically.
