⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Exceptional Service from Shain M. in Accessories!** I cannot say enough good things about Bozard Ford, and specifically Shain M. from the accessories department! We ran into an issue with the foam on our truck bed cover during a road trip and decided to stop by the dealership out of nowhere. Even though we just showed up out of the blue with absolutely no appointment, Shain M. didn’t hesitate to help us. He jumped right on the problem and fixed the issue quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude. It is incredibly rare to find that level of immediate, hassle-free customer service these days, and he went completely above and beyond to get us sorted out right away. While Shain M. was working his magic on the vehicle, we got a chance to look around and hang out. This dealership's lot is absolutely incredible—they have tons of unique vehicles on display, including more trucks than I have ever seen in one dealership in my entire life! Inside, the facility is beautiful and they have really gone out of their way to make the customer experience top-notch. The lounge has comfortable places to sit, and they provide great snacks and coffee that made the short wait fly by. The entire atmosphere is welcoming and stress-free. My only complaint is that I wish I lived closer so I could bring my car here for all of my service needs. If you want a dealership that treats you right, look no further than Bozard Ford, and definitely ask for Shain M. in accessories!

20 years later, still being Bozard. We returned to Bozard in November 2025 after a divinely blessed, unforgettable purchase from Bozard in April of 2005, 20 years ago. I am pleased to report I thank God we did. We were treated so well by Tyler Dotson, and Nick Ray in the process. It was also a pleasure meeting Rick, Tyler's dad. Tyler worked his heart out bringing up truck after truck bouncing off the likes and dislikes of my wife and I. Nick found us a strong warranty in our budget that makes a hybrid vehicle purchase a little more comfortable. Please let me give a personal thank you to Shain Manthe in accessories. Shain fulfilled all the Bozard commitments flawlessly. He coordinated all the changes to the truck with a reassuring demeanor that nothing is going to be out of his control or Bozard's willingness to please.
