Bustling dealership! It's my 2nd purchase from Bozard both times with the same salesperson Sharyl Brewer. Bozard's business approach is to streamline the buying process by having having all documents filled out and signed digitally. Still takes about 6 hours for test drives, negotiating, loan application and approval, and final signatures. Will return for my next purchase because of Sharyl.

This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from Sharyl over the span of 11 years. She's knowledgeable, patient, respectful and importantly, doesn't engage in aggressive sales tactics and pressure. She simply informs the customer of vehicles' features and lets them make their own decisions. Doesn't try to convince a customer into choosing a more expensive trim level.
