I own a Ford F150 and had it in for service via the mobile service. Without going into detail the vehicle still had issues. I took it to Bozard to have the air put into tire only to discover the vehicle still had not been repaired. I was livid and ready to switch from a Ford girl to a Chevy girl. I spoke to Sonya who said they would take care of everything. They set may expectations at keeping the truck for a week but only needed it for two days. Mat was called me and kept me up to date on the service. Sony was over the top in calming me down and making sure all my concerns were addressed. Setting expectations and then exceeding them is the corner stone to excellent customer service. Sonya and Matt did an outstanding job thank you . Clearly, I am still a FORD GIRL
