My Experience @ Bozard Ford was Excellent! My service Technician Stuart was very professional! I am a former service tech so I know how important it is to get a Technician who genuinely cares about there work and your vehicle and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need which happens quite frequently. I am always very nervous to have someone work on my vehicle because you never know who your going to get as a tech. I was able to watch my tech through the window as he pulled my truck in to the bay right in front of me so I actually was able to see the work he did. He was very careful with my truck and took his time made sure to check everything thoroughly!!! I was in for a Oil change and Rotation of my tires which was done to my satisfaction and ended up needing front brake pads and a resurfacing of the rotors which they completed in a timely fashion after taking me out to inspect my pads and confirming that they were needed. Thank you ???? Bozard Ford I will return again for my service needs when I return to Florida for the winter!! If you are having work done here ask for Stuart he is a Great Tech and cares about his work!!?????

This place is excellent so far. I originally had my ford serviced at another ford dealer and I was not happy with them. Friends recommended Bozard ford so I brought it in and they took care of the issues I was having in a matter of 3 days. The quick lane building next door is also great . Stuart is a great service advisor.
