Another successful transaction at Bozard Ford with Thomas! I was busy at work and Thomas got everything handled through text message and a couple emails. Showed up, handed him my trade in keys and after helping me setup the new Expedition I was on my way 30 mins later. Really appreciate the help and the great service.
We purchased a used 2023 Lincoln Aviator in January and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Tischler, was very helpful and answered all our questions. My wife and I felt we received a fair deal for the current market on our trade and purchase. This is the 2nd used car we have purchased from Bozard Ford. We bought our previous car in June 2024 and still have it. Thomas was our salesman on that purchase. No one kept us pinned in a room for 4 hours during either purchase and no pressure tactics were used to convince us to make the purchase. Any issues we had with either purchase were quickly resolved. When we purchased the car in 2024, one of the keys developed a short and stopped working after a few months. We didn’t even call to complain. When Thomas reached out a few months later to ask if we were enjoying the car, I told him everything was great, but I also told him about the key. Bozard was under no obligation to help us, but they offered to replace the key. They couldn’t make the key, so they reimbursed us for the cost to go to a third party vendor. This is just outstanding sales, follow-up, and service. This was the main reason for coming back a year and a half later when we were looking for another car. Thomas, Tischler, and the Bozard team are amazing and gave us an outstanding experience. We would definitely purchase a vehicle at Bozard Ford again!

Thomas was so helpful. We did most of our communication electronically which is very convenient. Initially, I didn’t think I could afford a new vehicle. However, he did his magic and got some rebates and made it affordable to buy a brand new Bronco sport. He was very good at showing me everything in the vehicle so I felt comfortable driving it off the lot, knowing how to operate all of the technology. The paperwork process was seamless! All was quick and easy! I highly recommend him for all of your new and used car needs!

With hurricanes depleting inventory on the east coast of Florida, I had to search for a replacement of my expedition (purchased only 6 mo. earlier) over 200 miles from home. Thomas and John teamed up and made the process go so smooth. Everything done in advance. No last minute surprises, add on, or negotiating. We made the 179 mile drive from Tampa to St Augustine, took a 30 min test drive on the freeway to confirm the Expedition operated as should be expected,(not like the one we purchased 6 mo. earlier that turned out to have major issues the day we purchased and drove it home on the freeway above 70mph and Ford was buying back) signed the documents, had lunch at the Ford Garage restaurant at the dealership, and headed back to Tampa. As much as I dread that drive on I4 & I95, I would do it again to purchase my next vehicle from a dealership that treats their customers so wonderful.
