His manner was gentle and while he was working with someone else, he showed us to chairs and assured us he would be right with us. Although the day was late afternoon Sunday he did return shortly, Offord water and opened dialog with us in a very unpressured way. He took notes, looked into our eyes and leaned in to our conversation as if he had all the time in the world. Tim is new at Bozard and in the car business as he shared as such when asked. Of all the times we have been in a position to purchase a vehicle Tim took more care, was instantly available on his personal phone, encouraging and very patient. This was the best process of buying a car i ever experienced. Tim Kuerst my sales advisor was very knowledgeable explained the process very thorough and was so helpful setting up the car and customizing the car to me I was very satisfied with everything thanks again if I ever need a car again I'll be back
