Tischler Nelson was a wonderful salesperson! He went above and beyond to help with the purchase process and answered all my questions even when he was not scheduled to work. He made himself available via phone and text making communication super easy. I purchased my last vehicle from Auto Nation and was not pleased with the process or the service so I came to Bozard since it is closer to me and heard great things. Overall, I have never had an issue with the dealership and everyone from Service to Sales is always great to work with.

We purchased a new 2024 Ford Escape ST line our Salesman was Tischler Nelson. I have purchased at least 9 new cars in my 53 years i have dealt with numerous salesman of all different personalities I absolutely must stress Tischler was a true people person the kind of guy you make lifelong friends with, he was very professional, courteous, highly competent and mostly “ Johnny on the spot “ returned calls immediately. Honestly I wish everyone i come in contact with in everyday life was this lively. The dealership itself was top notch it appeared everyone working there was great Ive also been to lots of dealerships and this one stood out our purchase was for our son his first new vehicle and what an impressive start big dealership with great staff first impression my son had smilies from ear to ear. We will be back in the market soon for our youngest daughter going to College I’m going to return and do business again at this location they gave us a very good OTD and good financing I highly recommend this specific Dealership I truly believe you’ll be content buying there….
